BEAT VIRTUAL

This challenging class is expertly programmed to leave you energized & sweaty, yet ready to come back the next day to train. Each class blends heart-pumping music, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular training to give you a fun AND purposeful training experience.

BUILD VIRTUAL
Train on Zoom alongside the BLAZE COMMUNITY! BUILD is our signature strength circuit at BLAZE where we crank up the music and you move at your own pace. Each class is expertly programmed with elements of mobility, stability, and strength. You'll never do the same circuit twice, as the movements and training modalities change weekly. BUILD incorporates FUNctional tools such as the TRX, Kettlebells, YBELLS, Sandbags, and Resistance Bands to leave you strong, sweaty, and spent!

TRX FUEL VIRTUAL
Train on Zoom alongside the BLAZE COMMUNITY! TRX classes are where we shine at BLAZE. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the strong foundation from which all other classes evolved. FUEL is a sweat-filled, full-body movement experience. Each 50-minute class combines mobility, strength & cardio exercises with an underlying focus on posture and core integration.

TRX PEAK VIRTUAL
Train on Zoom alongside the BLAZE COMMUNITY! PEAK is our most popular class at BLAZE, and our signature TRX experience. This expertly coached and programmed 60-minute class always has a few challenges along the way and often a few kick ass new moves. It all depends upon how creative the programmer is feeling, which is directly related to morning coffee intake.
TRX PEAK is programmed to hit a "peak" performance level that is challenging yet attainable, and we often hit a "peak" exercise set in our traditional pyramid format. If you're a TRX fan, don't miss this class!

PULSE VIRTUAL
Train on Zoom alongside the BLAZE COMMUNITY! PULSE is an energizing endurance class using resistance bands and bodyweight. Each week is a new arrangement of challenging yet purposeful exercises, so you'll never do the same class twice! PULSE is a heart-pounding experience for your body and mind!

SMOLDER VIRTUAL TRX for ACTIVE SENIORS
Train on Zoom alongside the BLAZE SMOLDER COMMUNITY! Our Seniors "SMOLDER" classes began in 2019 and our in-studio and virtual community is getting stronger everyday. SMOLDER classes are essential for maintaining strength, confidence, and independence as we age. Each TRX class combines breath work, posture, stability, mobility, balance training, and strength. It is never too late to begin at BLAZE!

Train on Zoom alongside the BLAZE SMOLDER COMMUNITY! Our Seniors "SMOLDER" classes began in 2019 and our community is getting stronger everyday. SMOLDER classes are essential for maintaining strength, confidence, and independence as we age. Each CIRCUIT class combines breath work, posture, stability, mobility, balance training, cardio and strength. Circuit classes utilize the TRX and minibands, so be sure to have them ready! No bands? No problem! We’ll help you adjust anything needed. It is never too late to begin at BLAZE!

SMOLDER VIRTUAL BREATHE & BALANCE for ACTIVE SENIORS
This mindful movement Zoom class for Seniors highlights essential aspects in maintaining independence and well-being. Our class begins each week seated in a chair with centering, guided breath work, joint mobility, as well as seated bends and twists. We stand for the second half of the class, so have your mat ready for Sun Salutations, balance, strength, and coordination. We finish with flexibility and stillness to help your body and mind unwind.
